Turner Cycles will only warranty axles that are broken. Please note that we do not warranty worn axles. You must ship the complete axle to Turner Cycles for warranty review. There's no warranty on torn boots.

**Any axles left more than 30 days without resolution from the 1st attempt of contact will be considered abandoned. At that point in time axles will be disposed of by Turner Cycles**
