This is the Banding Tool our Axle Technicians use everyday assembling each of our axles. This tool allows you to ratchet the band tight, bend it over, and cut the excess off, all with 1 tool. You then use a hammer to flatten the clasp for a snug fit on any CV Boot repairs.
