All machining is done in-house! Everything from everyday repairs to full fabrication to high performance applications is done in-house. If custom length drive axles are needed for ideas of your own, we can custom machine them in-house to meet your specifications. The axle bars that we build are machined from one solid piece of material and splined to your specifications.

NOTE: $35 extra charge on 2 strokes for power valve clearance

-Custom front bumpers for most applications to hold a winch	$250 (powder coated black)

-Honda 450/500 U-Joint Conversion	$185 for stock bikes. $350 for lifted bikes(includes rear shaft)

Custom Fabrication Jobs


Turner Cycles is a full fabrication and repair shop. No job is too little or too big. All machine work is done in-house!

Custom floor boards are made out of aluminum & rhino coated for easy cleanup. These floor boards are designed to clear oversized tires that require little fender trimming required. $350.00 uninstalled.

Turner Cycles' Custom Fabrication Shop	Polaris 600 & 700 snorkel kit $900.00. Metal air box and snorkel are powder coated black. Extra $25.00 to get it coated in a custom color.

This is a Polaris 700 Driveshaft Conversion Kit. $300.00

We make custom brake pads for ATVs. These pads have 2 to 3 times the life span of standard brake pads. (Disk brakes only)
